Academy Registration for Fall 2024 / Spring 2025

Eligible Players: Born between U7 (2018) and U10 (2015).

 

Important: Please Note

• Academy Registration is specific to an individual player and should not be completed or paid for by the Academy coach.
• This form is required for participation in all NTSSA Academy programs or tournaments.

 

Please Note: Registered Academy players are not assigned a team by OSA. You must arrange for your own Academy team.

If you are already registered for recreational soccer or planning to play recreational soccer in the fall, please read carefully:

• If you are already registered with another association: The Academy form must come from that specific association. Please reach out to them.

 

ACADEMY PLAYER REGISTRATION: All registrations are done online. We do not do in-person registrations. 2024/2025 Season Birth Years for academy is 2015-2018 only.

Who Should Register?

• Academy-Only Players: This mean you are not playing recreational soccer with any association. If this is the case, you may register with OSA as an academy only player regardless of residence.
• If you are registered for recreational soccer with OSA: The form is FREE. Do not continue with this registration. It does require submitting information through a separate link that is posted above.
• If you are registering for Academy ONLY Soccer with OSA, please proceed with this registration.
  • After payment, check your emailed receipt for detailed instructions on how to receive your approved and validated form.

 

Players should ONLY be registered by a parent or guardian, not managers or coaches.

 

Step 1: Register as an Academy Player:

• • Register for the current active Academy Season
  • Proof of birth is required in the player profile for all players.
  • Player headshot uploaded
  • Registration Fee: $25 for the full soccer year.

Step 2: Confirmation & Approval:

• • Allow 24-48 hours for OSA approval. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Step 3: Accessing Your Approved Form:

• • Approved forms will be available in your GotSport account under “Forms” > “Past Forms” as a downloadable PDF.
