Additional information will be communicated to each of you very soon regarding the COVID requirements for the Fall 2020 season for all game played at UTPB.

The schedules for the Fall 2020 rec season can be seen at the link at the bottom of this email.

Please be aware of the following:

  1. Please review your schedules for any mistakes or conflicts.
  2. Your team may play a double header during the course of the season, but no team will play 3 games in one day.
  3. Your team will not play 3 games in one day. If you have 3 games scheduled in one day, it is a mistake.
  4. Your team should not have any games that are back to back. If your team plays back to back games, it is a mistake.
  5. There should be at least 1 time slot between each of your games.
  6. Your team should not have a game scheduled on your team's NO PLAY DATE if it was submitted by the deadline.
  7. Due to the current COVID situation, the schedule is very, very crowded and space is very, very limited so reschedules are not possible.
  8. Please get into the habit of checking your schedules on a regular basis and definitely before heading out to the soccer fields for your next scheduled games because there may be changes due to several reasons.

If you think that there is a mistake to your schedule please let us know via email so it can be evaluated.

We have done our best to eliminate all coaches conflicts, but, at times, it is not possible so I would strongly suggest that your team get an Asst Coach to cover games just in case the Head Coach or Team Manager can not be there.

Also, if your are a coach and you have not completed your Risk Management and Safe Sport then your coaches conflicts did not come up in Got Soccer because your are not yet on your team roster so please get your Risk Management and Safe Sport done and completed ASAP.
